Megan joined the team in May 2026 when Flaharty Asset Management became Modern Wealth Management. As a client experience manager, Megan works closely with Stafford Lawrence and Andy Oswald to support clients and help ensure a seamless service experience. In addition to client support, she assists with operational coordination, technology support, and executive travel management.
Megan joined Flaharty Asset Management in 2017 as a receptionist and advanced into her current client service role through her strong organizational skills, adaptability, and commitment to client relationships. Before entering the financial services industry, she worked as a coordinator for a medical communications journal in New Jersey and previously trained horses at a show jumping facility following her graduation from Delaware Valley University with a degree in Equine Business Administration.
She appreciates Modern Wealth Management’s comprehensive approach to planning and the ability to provide clients with access to specialized services including tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and retirement plan support.
Outside of the office, Megan enjoys endurance athletics and wellness-focused living. She participates in marathons, ultramarathons, triathlons, strength training, and yoga, and is active in Tampa Bay running clubs. She also holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through eCornell.
Megan lives in Safety Harbor, Florida, with her husband, Michael. In her free time, she enjoys reading, visiting Disney World, spending time with family, and advocating for animal welfare.
