Since joining the Modern Wealth team in April 2025, Jessica has assisted with several different tasks for our Rochester, New York office. She maintains and updates operational systems and databases, processes client transactions (including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account updates), and assists with client onboarding. Jessica looks forward to assisting with other tasks as her new role continues to grow and is excited to be a part of Modern Wealth’s collaborative culture.
Throughout her career, Jessica has developed a deep understanding of financial processes and has consistently worked across departments to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality client experience. Jessica began her career in the financial services industry in a compliance role, which provided her with a strong foundation in regulatory standards. She then transitioned into client service, where she discovered a true passion for building relationships and supporting clients.
Jessica and her husband, Mike, live in Rochester, New York, with their daughter, Katie. As a family, they love making new memories through travel, enjoying time in their yard, and trying new activities together. Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s riding her bike, birdwatching, or just soaking in nature. She also loves cooking and getting lost in a good book.
