Jessica Promes Madueno

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern University; JD from Suffolk University Law School 

Jessica assists clients in all matters related to their accounts, such as opening accounts, transferring assets, and keeping their accounts up to date. She always strives to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure accuracy and timeliness with every request. 

When Jessica joined the Modern Wealth team in July 2025, it marked the beginning of her career in the wealth management field. Jessica was previously a practicing immigration attorney. She represented clients in family-based and humanitarian-based cases as well as cases involving victims and survivors of domestic violence, crime, and trafficking. Jessica is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts and Colorado. 

In shifting to a new career, Modern Wealth offered a professional growth opportunity, work-life balance, and caring work environment that Jessica was looking for. She was also attracted to being able to continue helping people in a different way — achieving their financial goals and future stability. 

Jessica lives with her husband, Peter, and their dog, Axel. They enjoy pizza nights, game nights with friends, traveling together, and spending time with family and friends. Jessica also likes reading and exploring new hiking trails with Peter and Axel. A fun fact about Jessica is that she was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela and moved to the U.S. in 2009 to attend college. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
