Andrea is responsible for the full-service administration of complex defined contribution and combination retirement plans, including compliance testing, trust accounting, plan design consulting, and regulatory filings. Since joining the Modern Wealth team in December 2025, she has served as a primary client contact and provided guidance on plan operations, corrections, and regulatory compliance.

Andrea manages a diverse caseload of small-to mid-sized clients and collaborates closely with actuaries, auditors, recordkeepers, and internal team members to ensure accurate plan administration and timely deliverables. She also plays a key role in client communication, workflow management, and the continuous improvement of administrative processes while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Prior to arriving at Modern Wealth, Andrea spent the previous four years in retirement services with Paychex, which is where she got started in the industry. She worked through the ranks of starting out with Paychex’s TPA product in an entry-level position, and then most notably obtaining her QKA® designation through ASPPA in December of 2023. Andrea ended her time at Paychex as a Retirement Services Client Relationship Account Manager.

Joining the Modern Wealth team presented Andrea with a new opportunity to utilize her industry knowledge and to grow, develop, and expand upon that knowledge in an environment of like-minded professional and supportive individuals with a client-first culture and mindset. She is also excited about leveraging Modern Wealth’s vast network of resources to help serve clients regarding the compliant maintenance and administration of their 401(k) plans.

Andrea lives with her two cats, Brie and Loki. She enjoys spending time with her parents, who both reside in Rochester, New York, and visiting her brother, who lives in Jersey City, New Jersey, with his wife. Some of her favorite things to do with her family include going to Rochester Red Wings baseball games in the summer and annual summer vacations to Long Beach Island, New Jersey.

Andrea loves going to football and baseball games — she’s a big Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees fan. She also loves cooking, baking, and trying new recipes, and touring the Rochester craft beer scene. She also loves collecting and building Legos, with her favorite builds so far being the 6,000-plus piece Hogwarts castle set and the 9,000-plus piece Titanic set.

Some other fun facts about Andrea are that she is a huge pop culture enthusiast. She loves all things Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Marvel – but most notably, Harry Potter. In November 2025, she met Tom Felton (who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies) in New York City after seeing his debut, opening-night, sold out performance in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway.
