What Is Accelerate 2026?
Accelerate 2026 is Modern Wealth Management’s annual Managing Director Conference. The event features workshops, showcases, and activities designed to foster collaboration and growth.
What Activities Are Available?
On Friday, attendees can choose from Pickleball, Golf, or Spa experiences.

How Do I Get to The Phoenician?
You can reach The Phoenician from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport by Uber, Lyft, taxi, or shuttle.
Uber/Lyft: The average ride takes about 22 minutes. You can request a ride directly from the airport using the app. Premium options (Uber Black, Lyft Lux) are not reimbursable per company policy.
How Do I Get to the Airport from The Phoenician?
A complimentary shuttle service will be provided on Saturday for all Accelerate 2026 attendees departing for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
How Do I Get Reimbursed for Travel Expenses?
Please use your company issues Ramp Card.
If you need to submit out-of-pocket expenses, please do so through Ramp:
- Ramp Submission: Log in to Ramp, select “New Reimbursement,” and upload your receipts (Uber, Lyft, taxi, meals, etc.). - Approval & Payment: Once approved, reimbursement is typically paid via ACH within 3–5 business days.
- Questions: If you have any questions about reimbursement, reach out to the accounting team at mw.accounting@modwm.com.
How Do I Extend My Stay?
If you would like to extend your stay, please let Crystal Wilson know at your earliest convenience. The extra nights will be charged directly to you.
