Education: Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management and Finance from Arizona State University West Valley Campus

Since joining the Modern Wealth team in September 2026, Stephen has served as an investment subject matter specialist to support advisors and regional offices in delivering investment solutions. He looks forward to supporting informed investment decisions that help clients work toward the future they envision and connect with what they care most about.

Stephen is an Arizona native and a member of CFA Society Phoenix. Before joining Modern Wealth, Stephen was a member of the Acquisitions Team at Progress Residential for six years, purchasing single-family homes for leasing.

Stephen began his career at The Vanguard Group in 2008, servicing retail and institutional investors in retirement and non-retirement assets. After a decade at Vanguard, Stephen transitioned to performance reporting at Northern Trust, where he was the principal point of contact for performance analytical services to evaluate public and private investment programs.

Family and faith come first for Stephen. As a proud father of two, he enjoys watching his son and daughter respectively practice taekwondo and ballet. Stephen enjoys family bonding time through swimming, building LEGOs, and playing boardgames. His wife is an avid baker and makes bread, pasta, and pastries from scratch. The Parkers are active members of Cornerstone Church. A fun fact about Stephen is that he loves to grill and perfect his technique to rival top-tier steakhouses.
