Rachael Bellah

Since joining the firm in March 2025 through the acquisition of Wade Financial Advisory, Rachael Bellah has partnered closely with the leadership team to help shape and execute the organization’s long-term strategy and operational vision. As Vice President of Operations, she is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, scaling systems and processes, and ensuring the firm’s strategic objectives are translated into disciplined, day-to-day execution.

Rachael began her career at Wade Financial Advisory in 2001, where she gained deep exposure to every aspect of the business and developed a strong operational foundation through hands-on experience across the firm. Over more than two decades, she held a wide range of roles, including administrative positions, Client Service Associate, Paraplanner and Tax Preparer, Portfolio Management Assistant, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer. This breadth of experience gives her a unique, end-to-end perspective on how people, process, and strategy intersect to support sustainable growth.

Born and raised in Northern California, Rachael lives in San Jose with her husband, Phillip, and values staying closely connected with her family throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. She is especially grateful for the time they are able to spend together and the strong sense of continuity family brings to her life.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys reading and has recently developed a love for golf, despite being the first to admit she’s still far better at appreciating the game than playing it.
