Pat joined the Modern Wealth team in March 2025 via the acquisition of Wade Financial Advisory. He enjoys working with clients on their investment, insurance, retirement, and tax plans, and helps clients implement their financial goals.
Along with spending nearly seven years as a senior advisor at WFA, Pat has honed his wealth management knowledge in various occupations during stops at Johnson Lyman and Charter Bank & Trust. Pat has worked in traditional brokerage firms as a Series 7 registered rep, in trust & banking services firm as a staff financial planner, and as an RIA rep. He’s also a member of the National Association for Personal Financial Advisors.
Pat left active-duty Air Force in 1990 to pursue a career in financial planning. It was a passion he discovered while a cadet at the Academy. Pat was a reservist for 21 years before retiring in 2011 as an acquisitions / contracting officer.
Pat enjoys working with veterans and widows. He spent a lot of time in the military and with his widowed grandmother as a child. He enjoys visiting places and immersing himself in different cultures. This stemmed from his days as a “military brat,” as Pat’s father constantly moved from one base to another while Pat was growing up. As the perpetual new kid on the block, Pat attended a total of nine elementary schools and three high schools.
Pat and his wife, Rona, have two grown children and reside in Henderson, NV. He also has extended family in the Philippines where he regularly visits. Pat enjoys playing tennis, bowling, weight training, and walking. Additionally, Pat mentors college-bound kids who are interested in the Air Force Academy, ROTC, and the Nevada Promise scholarship program.
