Since joining the Modern Wealth team in January 2025, Nick has focused on enhancing internal processes, managing data, and supporting employee initiatives. He is passionate about identifying efficiencies and strengthening systems that improve the overall employee experience.
Prior to Modern Wealth, Nick supported recruiting and benefits, followed by playing a key role in the design and implementation of a global HRIS system. He began his HR career in the automotive industry and later expanded his experience within healthcare staffing, developing a strong foundation in fast-paced, high-demand settings.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys working on cars and has a goal of visiting all 50 states.
