Since joining the Modern Wealth team in January 2026, Maria has coordinated deliverables for the firm’s tax planning process. She streamlines communication, organizes documentation, and keeps projects moving so the team can stay focused on strategy and client impact.
Maria began her administrative career during summers while she was teaching. She managed logistics for training seminars and honed her talent for creating structure in fast-paced settings. She later transitioned into an Executive Assistant role, where she enjoyed the mix of strategic support, detail management, and relationship-building.
Maria was drawn to Modern Wealth because of its energy and momentum. She was excited to join a company during a period of rapid growth and be a part of evolving its processes and carving out new ways to serve clients.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and reading. A fun fact about Maria is that she spent three years teaching Latin to high schoolers.
