Since joining the team in 2021, Kristen has excelled in fostering positive client experiences and ensuring satisfaction. Also a Notary Public, her duties include onboarding clients, being the point of contact for non-advisory inquiries, client file and record maintenance, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
Kristen previously worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, where she gained extensive experience in client management and service excellence. This wealth of experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, which has provided her with valuable skills in problem-solving and communication. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to build strong relationships with clients make her an invaluable asset to her team.
Outside of work, Kristen is an avid sports fan and loves listening to Reggae music. She enjoys going to the beach and venturing outdoors with her dog, Lana. Kristen finds joy in exploring new places and new experiences, especially if it involves food!
