Julian joined the team in June 2026 when American Asset Management became Modern Wealth Management. He has always enjoyed building long-term relationships, whether with family, friends, or clients. Many of Julian’s client relationships have lasted for decades, and he takes great pride in being someone people can rely on through different stages of life.

Julian served as the CEO and CIO at American Asset Management. He was excited that the move to Modern Wealth would provide his clients access to broader resources, technology, planning capabilities, and long-term support of the Modern Wealth team while preserving the personal relationship and investment philosophy they have relied on for years.

Julian’s own business experience also helps him relate to clients who are buying, selling, or transitioning a business. He understands both the financial and emotional considerations that come with major business decisions. Additionally, Julian has significant experience helping clients create income strategies in retirement, which is especially important for those who want confidence and stability after years of hard work.

Julian’s career also includes the founding of the largest manufacturer of shower stalls and laundry/utility sinks in the United States (American Shower & Bath, Corp.) and then selling the company to Masco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company (MAS; NYSE). He gained five years of experience in executive management and mergers and acquisitions while working with MASCO. He also previously served as the operational partner at Sun Capital Partners, one of the largest private equity firms in the United States.

The most important thing in Julian’s life is his family, which gives his life meaning and perspective. He is married to his lovely wife, Rebecca. Julian has two wonderful daughters and two very special granddaughters. Rebecca has three children and one grandchild of her own, and Julian is fortunate to have a close relationship with them as well.

In addition to spending time with family and friends, Julian enjoys a great workout, traveling, fine dining, and sharing a great bottle of Cabernet. He is also a private pilot, which has given him a lifelong appreciation for preparation, discipline, and attention to detail.

It’s also important for Julian to support the Boca Raton community, especially as a proud benefactor of Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Supporting the local hospital is something he feels strongly about, as he believes that a world-class medical facility is the backbone of any thriving community. Ensuring that it has the resources to care for our neighbors is a responsibility he takes seriously.
